What’s the best way to apply for a position at ValueMomentum?

Search and apply for a job on our Careers page. We keep our Careers page updated with new job postings. Once you have your Resume/CVs ready, you can quickly apply for a position.

We separately update vacancies for our Graduate Training Programme on our Graduate Opportunities page.

How long does it take to get a response after I submit my application?

We make every effort to respond to a job application as soon as possible. However, the response time may vary depending on the type of position and how many applications we have received.

Can I apply for more than one job at the same time?

Yes, you can apply for multiple positions. However, we will consider your application only for the position which best matches your profile.

How can I find out the status of my application?

One of our talent acquisition team members will contact you if you meet our qualifications, skills and experience criteria for the position. We try our very best to respond to every application, but depending on the volume of CVs/resumes we receive, this can take some time.

What are the rounds of interview that a candidate would need to go through?

Usually, a candidate would go through three rounds of interview: Technical, Managerial and HR round. However, this may vary depending on the location of the candidate.

To join our Graduate Training Programme, the candidates need to go through 4 rounds of interview: Online test, group discussion, technical interview rounds 1 & 2 and HR interview.

How do I find out what the salary and benefits will be?

We offer competitive salary and attractive benefits. We’ll give you detailed information about compensation and benefits during the HR discussion round.

After I submit my profile and/or application, will I receive a response?

Yes. You will receive an instant notification on successful submission of your application if you are applying online through our Graduate Opportunities page.

Will I get a call in the future for similar open position in the organization?

We’ll add your CV/resume to our centralized talent pool. When a new position opens up, the candidate pool is our recruiters’ first stop. One of our talent acquisition team members will get back to you after review of your application.

Do you have an employee referral program?

Yes, we do have an employee referral program and we frequently ask for our employees’ help to recommend candidates for open positions. We encourage you to reach out to any friends or relatives who work at ValueMomentum so that they can submit information on your behalf.

Can I ask questions during face-to-face interview?

You are encouraged to ask questions, which may help demonstrate your level of understanding, interest and passion. Don’t forget that your interview is an opportunity for you to get to know us, too.
