JOB ROLE AND PURPOSE:
Conduct project execution in a global delivery model for delivery of projects using various methodologies (Iterative and AGILE – SCRUM), Partner products, tools & platforms. Deliver engagements for the P&C Insurance Domain based front-end Sales Applications, Service Application, Billing Systems, Claim Systems and Policy Administration systems (PAS) with a focus on organizational deliverables and ensure project/product meets the standards specified in the project plan. Perform architecture, analysis, design, development, customization, and maintenance of applications and systems using SOAP services, Microsoft Coded UI automation tool and Selenium web driver using C# etc. along with testing, and release co-ordination. Develop and maintain the test automation solution/framework for the projects and solution at an enterprise level using VSTS based test automation solution with Selenium dependencies and underlying (Selenium Page Object Model). Use defect management tools (TFS/JIRA) for Bug tracking and map with Test cases. Ensure delivery of projects within defined schedule and quality ensuring highest Customer Satisfaction. Estimate and create new tasks for the QA team and generate capacity reports of the team. Perform System Study, Feasibility Analysis, Estimations and Project Planning.
REQUIREMENTS:
BS degree (or equiv) in CompSci, Comp Applications, Engg (Comp/Mech/Electronic), or related field + 5 years of exp in position involving similar duties/technical capabilities, at least 1 year of which must include experience with Microsoft Coded UI automation tool, Selenium, JIRA, and TFS. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S.
