About the Job :

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced MuleSoft Integration Lead with a strong background in Guidewire ClaimCenter integrations to join our AMS support team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing complex integration solutions using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform and resolving incidents and fixing defects. This role requires a deep understanding of insurance industry processes, specifically in claims management, and the technical expertise to optimize system interactions and data flow between Guidewire ClaimCenter and other enterprise systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Integration Architecture & Design: Lead the design and architecture of robust, scalable integration solutions using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform to connect Guidewire ClaimCenter with various internal and external systems.
  • Development & Implementation: Develop and implement high-quality integration solutions, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and company standards.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee and manage integration projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring they meet quality, scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of integration developers and engineers. Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of integration solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure all integration solutions adhere to security policies and compliance requirements, including data privacy regulations.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation for integration architectures, designs, and implementations. Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users as needed.
  • AMS: Candidate should be ready to work in Shift in case required and should attend all the major and significant incident calls and resolve the incidents within SLAs

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in integration development, with a strong focus on MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform.
  • Proven experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter integration projects is a plus
  • Certification in MuleSoft Developer is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of API-led connectivity and experience with RESTful, SOAP web services, and RAML/OpenAPI specifications.
  • Strong experience in Java, XML, JSON, GitLab and other related technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
