We are looking for a talented application Guidewire Architect with deep knowledge of GW Products with hands on experience in implementing Forms. You’re skilled in all aspects of Guidewire implementation, from design and configuration to customization and support after the solution goes live. You enjoy working with people with all different skill sets, and you have a flair for negotiating and gaining consensus in a fast-paced environment. You have plenty—you’re a master at juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Planning and strategizing come easily to you, and you have a take-charge approach to seeing tasks through to completion.

Responsibilities:

Following are the day-to-day work activities:

  • Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
    • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.
  • Guidewire Form Management:
    • Configure and customize Guidewire forms to meet business requirements.
    • Ensure forms are optimized for performance, usability, and compliance.
    • Perform form versioning and maintain documentation for form changes.
  • Solution Design & Implementation:
    • Design Guidewire solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
    • Work closely with developers to implement and test Guidewire configurations and customizations.
    • Ensure solutions are integrated seamlessly with other systems and processes.
  • Testing & Validation:
    • Develop test plans, test cases, and conduct thorough testing of Guidewire forms and configurations.
    • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues or defects.
  • User Training & Support:
    • Provide training and support to end-users on Guidewire forms and functionalities.
    • Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and support documentation.
  • Project Management:
    • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements:

Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed. The must have requirements are:

Qualifications:

    • Education & Experience:
      • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Guidewire applications.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Strong proficiency in Guidewire suite (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
      • Expertise in configuring and customizing Guidewire forms.
      • Knowledge of SQL, XML, and other relevant technologies.
    • Business Acumen:
      • Understanding of insurance industry practices and regulatory requirements.
      • Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
    • Soft Skills:
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
    • Preferred Qualifications:
      • Guidewire Certification (e.g., Certified Business Analyst, Certified Configuration Developer).
      • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
      • Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and integrations.
