Swarup Ghosh is the Chief Operating Officer of ValueMomentum. He joined ValueMomentum in 2004, serving previously as Chief Delivery Officer, where he oversaw service delivery, customer satisfaction, and driving high-performance teams. Ghosh’s mission is to develop and fine-tune ValueMomentum’s operations to help the company continue to scale while delivering award-winning client satisfaction. Ghosh has more than two decades of professional experience in the IT industry, having held positions ranging from hands-on development, module leader, project manager, on-site manager, and engagement manager to program manager and client partner for Fortune 500 clients. Prior to joining ValueMomentum, he developed a 360-degree view of client services management through stints at Wipro, Ampersand, Tata Unisys, and Aptech. Ghosh holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and Engineering degree from Bangalore University.
