Our CSR philosophy


Finding the balance between short-term demands and long-term sustainability requires a collective effort from all voices within our company. We believe that 
top-down CSR initiatives can be counterproductive. Instead, we embrace a representative approach, led by committees.

We allocate 3% of our company's profits to committee-led initiatives, ensuring agile responses to pressing needs. Prioritization is guided by committee recommendations, ensuring impactful and inclusive CSR efforts.

A secondary-level eye care facility is under construction in Ramnagar, Patancheru, in collaboration with the Hyderabad Eye Institute (L V Prasad Eye Institute).

EDUCATION

ValueMomentum has completed the renovation of the KGBV Kondapur School, in partnership with Nirmaan Organization, creating an inspiring learning environment for students in the local community. ValueMomentum has also committed to providing multi-year support for the school's infrastructure and essential equipment.

Partnered with Hyderabad Software Enterprises Association (HYSEA) for their Disruptive Digital Intervention (DDI) initiative to establish a computer laboratory for students at a Zilla Parishad High School in Hyderabad, with Nirmaan Organization as the program's knowledge and implementation partner. The goal was to equip high school students from socio-economically marginalized sections with digital literacy and nurture a culture of innovation.

SUSTAINABILITY

Enhanced biodiversity around a lake by fostering public access, thus establishing a vital link with local water resources. This initiative aimed to bolster sustainable conservation efforts for the waterbody, in collaboration with the Society for Advancement of Human Endeavour (SAHE).
