James Carlucci serves as President of ValueMomentum, overseeing strategic planning and business development. He joined the company in March 2014, contributing significantly to its rapid growth in the insurance industry. With more than 30 years of experience, Carlucci’s expertise spans consulting, business development, IT leadership, and finance. Before joining ValueMomentum, he held the position of Vice President, IT Strategic and Integrated Services at Erie Insurance Group. Carlucci holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and completed the Executive Development Program at Kellogg School of Management.
