Graduate Trainee Application & Interview Process
There are many ways you can apply for ValueMomentum’s Graduate Program. We conduct recruitment drives in various colleges & universities in India and the US. You can find more information about our recruitment drive through your college or university placement office. Attend our recruitment drive and get an offer to join our Graduate Program in the same day!
You can also apply online. We post our new graduate vacancies on our Graduate Opportunities page. If you are interested in applying for a graduate position, we recommend that you regularly check the page for new job posting. On the job description page, once you have successfully completed the application form and upload your resume, press ‘Apply’ to complete your application process.
After we receive your application, we review your educational qualifications and other achievements. Resumes/CVs that do not meet our minimum requirements will not be accepted.
The recruitment process for Graduate Program in the US is rather a simple and completed in two stages i.e. 1) Telephonic Interview and 2) Face to Face Interview. In India, the selection process usually consists of a number of steps.
Step 1 – Online test
Online test is the first round of screening. You will be invited to take an online aptitude test. We use this round to further short list candidates and determine if you will progress to the next round i.e. Group Discussion.
Step 2 – Group Discussion
Group Discussion is the second round of screening. You will be given a topic to think about and then asked to discuss about the topic in a group for 15-20 minutes. The group discussion round helps us to understand your personality and communication skills, gauge how well you would fit into our culture and see how well you would function within a team.
Step 3 – Technical Interview Round 1
Should you successfully complete the online test, you will go through the first round of technical interview. You will be asked questions on programing concepts and relevant technical fields. This round helps us understand your command over programming languages. You can expect more questions on the technical skills mentioned in your resume/CV.
Step 4 – Technical Interview Round 2
In the second round of technical interview, you will be assessed by the key members of the relevant business group at ValueMomentum in a face-to-face interview. This is an opportunity for you to demonstrate your suitability for joining the relevant team. This interview is the final step in the recruitment process.
Stage 5 – HR Round and Selection
At the end of the recruitment process, the evaluators submit the assessment reports to HR to inform the final decision regarding the candidates’ suitability for the graduate programme. The selection panel makes a final decision based on the evaluations, feedback and open vacancies. Both successful and unsuccessful candidates are informed of the decisions.
