Company Description:


Conduct project execution in a global delivery model, helping insurance clients execute against their business strategy. Manage project teams through all phases of technology enablement life cycle and use various methodologies like Iterative, Waterfall and AGILE-SCRUM. Deliver engagements for the P&C insurance domain based front-end sales applications, agent portals, billing systems, claim systems, Policy Administration systems (PAS), OneShield with a focus on organizational deliverables. Ensure project meets the standards specified in the project plan. Perform feasibility & testability analyses, QA strategy/planning/design and script development using Microsoft Coded UI automation tool, SOAP services, Web services, UFT and Selenium web driver using C# and VB Scripting along with testing and release co-ordination. Work on defect management tools including Quality Centre, TFS, JIRA and MTM for bug tracking and map with test cases. Responsible for AzureDevOps implementing CICD pipelines. Use on web services and automation solutions to validate SOAPUI and REST services. Work on data migration tools like SSIS and SSRS. Estimate and create new tasks for the QA team and generate capacity reports. Advise clients on business process services that help identify, assess, manage and measure the organization’s capabilities. Establish and manage SLA, program measurement, program/project status reporting. Perform system study and provide test estimations using WBS and FPM


BS (or equiv) in CompSci, Engg (Comp/Electronics) or rltd fld plus 3 yrs of exp in position invol similar duties/technical capabilities to the offered position. In lieu of a BS+3, employer will accept 5 years of experience in a position invol similar duties/technical capabilities to the offered position. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S. No telecommuting.
