JOB ROLE AND PURPOSE:

Execute and lead projects and engagements for insurance industry customers. Work in Insurance Domain with a focus on organizational deliverables, best practices and client management using various methodologies (Waterfall or Agile). Establish and manage SLA, Program Measurement, Program/Project Status reporting. Manage deliverables, estimation, capacity planning and resource allocation. Produce technical architecture that is modifiable, dependable and scalable. Apply P&C experience to lead/manage the projects in BI, Data Warehouse and Data Migration streams. Lead team of Business Intelligence engineers through all phase of project lifecycle. Design ETL architecture for integrating data from various sources (file system, xml, databases) to data warehouse for commercial lines and personal lines insurance. Analyze source data and mapping policy, claims and billing system for leading Insurance business applications – Duck Creek or OneShield and integrate them with data warehouses and Marts supporting data analysis and downstream reporting.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree (or equiv) in CompSci, Engg (Comp/Mech/Electrical), or related field, plus 5 years of experience in position involving similar duties/technical capabilities.
