We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Business Analyst with strong experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and customers, translating business needs into functional requirements and ensuring successful implementation of insurance forms and policy administration systems. You will play a critical role in managing project scope, analyzing forms across lines of business, and supporting the development and testing of customer communication solutions. Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to gather and translate business requirements.
• Work hands-on with Policy Administration Systems (preferably OneShield) in a Business Analyst role.
• Manage and analyze insurance forms and packages across various products and lines of business.
• Collaborate with CCM Technical Architects to create functional requirement documents.
• Guide development teams with clarifications related to forms development and data mapping.
• Support QA teams with functional testing and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Participate in the state filing process and manage communication with departments and stakeholders.
• Create and review test cases, process change requests, and manage project scope and delivery.
• Understand integration between PAS and CCM platforms.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the P&C insurance domain.
• Strong knowledge of Policy Administration Systems (OneShield preferred).
• Experience in managing insurance forms and understanding form inventory processes.
• Familiarity with XML, data mapping, and inference conditions in the context of forms development.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in forms testing (UAT or SIT).
• Understanding of Personal and Commercial Lines (e.g., BOP, CUMB).

Good To Have:

• Experience with CCM platforms such as Exstream or SmartCOMM.
• AINS certification.
• Exposure to Mainframe/Unix environments.
