JOB ROLE AND PURPOSE:
Lead development process and SDLC using ValueMomentum methodologies, Waterfall, Iterative Development, App development & AGILE. Design and develop ServiceNow enhancements as per the customer requirement using Web UI, JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery, Angular JS, HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, SCSS, SASS HTML5 and HTML5 canvas. Create new custom applications, scoped applications and customize the existing ITSM applications using business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, Glide Ajax, Email scripts, API’s and Access control lists etc., Develop Mobile related applications in ServiceNow along with other modules namely Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Release, CMDB, SAM, HAM, Discovery, and Knowledge etc. Implement and configure ServiceNow web technologies related to Integrations, Portals, Applications, Networks, Protocols, & Email (XML, REST, SOAP, APIs, JavaScript, AJAX, Import Sets, CSS3, HTML5, Angular JS, Angular Bootstrap, SNMP, PowerShell, SSH, SMTP, POP. Maintain ServiceNow platform and provide production support. Develop ServiceNow portal. Conduct ServiceNow Unit Acceptance Testing, Peer reviews and production deployment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree (or equiv) in CompSci, Engg (Comp/Mech/Elec), or related field, plus 3 years of experience in position involving similar duties/technical capabilities. Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S. No telecommuting.
