As a Senior Support Engineer, your day-to-day work activities will be as follows:

  • Able to understand and experience in implementing and supporting Azure App Service
  • Monitor health of CI/CD services, troubleshoot and reporting of issues using existing dashboard and tools
  • Respond to alerts and / or tickets that are either auto-generated or created by the users
  • Able to handle, alert, and monitoring experience using Splunk, Dynatrace and Azure App Insight.
  • Respond to NOC (Network Operation Centre) team calls
  • Write scalable code for .NET software application. Review and debug .NET applications
  • Review and analyze change requests to determine the scope of work. Estimate the level of effort for application changes
  • Develop technical specifications & architecture. Provide problem resolution support, specific to application issues. Provide estimates & task duration for assigned task
  • Maintain direct knowledge of applications, technical processes, procedures, & quality standards


Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to assess the eligibility of the profile. The must have requirements are:

  • 5 to 8 years of enterprise customer experience in developing and maintaining applications built on Microsoft stack
  • Strong .Net Full-stack developer with hands-on experience with Angular and Azure. Implement best practices of .NET Stack
  • Should be able to lead a team in Designing and developing .NET application developed in .Net Core and Azure
  • Should be able to provide solution to technical problems and have a thorough understanding of Azure cloud services
  • Familiar with SOLID principles, design patterns, SOA, OOAD and agile development best practices
  • Should be able to design best practices and coding standards as well as perform coding and testing of new enhancements
  • Should be able to perform code review, code Analysis and ensure application code is developed as per the defined architecture standards
